Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of blob ("Service"), operated at imblob.com and app.imblob.com. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Account Terms

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
• You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
• One person per account. Accounts cannot be shared between multiple people.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You may not use blob to host or distribute:

• Malware, viruses, or any malicious software
• Phishing pages or deceptive content designed to steal credentials
• Spam or unsolicited bulk messaging services
• Content that is illegal in your jurisdiction
• Cryptocurrency mining or proof-of-work computation
• DDoS tools or services designed to attack other systems
• Content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of all code and content you deploy to blob. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.

We may access your deployed code and data solely for the purposes of providing the Service, debugging issues, preventing abuse, and complying with legal obligations.

When you delete your account, all deployed apps, databases, and stored files are permanently deleted.

5. Service & API

blob is a hosting platform designed to be operated through AI tools via the Model Context Protocol (MCP). When you use blob through tools like Claude Code, Cursor, or Claude Desktop, those tools send your code and commands to our platform for deployment.

We are an early-stage service. While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee specific uptime percentages at this time.

6. Billing

blob offers a free tier and paid plans. Current pricing:

• Starter — $0/month
• Growth — $19/month
• Scale — $49/month

Payments are processed by Stripe. You can cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, your paid plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, then you are downgraded to the Starter tier.

We do not offer partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period.

We may change pricing with 30 days notice. Existing subscriptions continue at their current price until the next renewal.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before termination, except where immediate action is required (e.g., malware distribution).

You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, all your deployed applications, databases, and stored files are permanently removed.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, blob's total liability for any claims related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will notify you via the email address associated with your account at least 14 days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
